Stori Strong has 2 moms… and a donut!
Stori Strong is a kid-focused web series about an imaginative, donor-conceived girl who loves telling everyone about her 2-mom family!
Synopsis
Protagonist Stori Strong has two moms… and a donut! Well, that’s what she thought when she was little. It turns out she has a “donor,” not a “donut,” and a “donor” is someone who helped her parents create their family. Stori thinks her donor might have superpowers. Her moms support her creative vision. While hosting a bake sale, gardening, and celebrating her 10th birthday, Stori is fiercely proud to share her story: Stori’s story!

Episodes:
Episode 1: Strong + Skillful: Garden Day (Pilot)

Nine-year-old protagonist Stori Strong agrees to do some volunteer gardening only to find out that she will be gardening for her nemesis: her Language Arts teacher, Mrs. Pritzberry! While gardening, Stori tells her friends all about what it’s like having 2 moms and a donor, and how she may or may not have superpowers.
Episode 2: Strong + Sassy: Theater Camp

After a series of demoralizing theater camp activities, Stori channels her “Family Super Power” – and her inner strength – and tells all of camp about how she has 2 moms and a donor. She soon makes a friend with a similar family structure!
Episode 3: Strong + Sweet: Bake Sale

Stori and her best friend Zee want to raise money for rollerblades, and Mom-o suggests that they host a bake sale. Sweet! Will they make enough for rollerblades? Only if they get creative…
Episode 4: Strong + Surprised: Birthday Party

It’s finally time… Stori’s tenth birthday! Mommy accidentally tells Stori about the surprise unicorn who will make a guest appearance at her party, but this isn’t the biggest surprise of the day… Stori learns something new about what it means to be donor-conceived.
Episode 5: Strong + Sensational: Planet Family! (Season Finale)

Stori dreams about meeting her donor siblings (and secretly fears they may be astronaut space cats…!). She also stands up to a bully and talks with her friend Amara who is adopted and has two dads and a half sister/blended family. Inspired by the many types of diverse families that exist, Zee makes a surprising suggestion that Stori and Amara absolutely love.
